Custom Plastic Injection Molding of an ABS Cleat for the Recycling Industry

Our ability to design and build custom molds is a feature that draws customers to us, and that is what we were able to provide to a client who came to us for a cleat for use in a recycling application. Working from a customer supplied 2D CAD drawing, we made the mold and fabricated this cleat from natural black ABS plastic, which had the characteristics required by the client for their application. The cleat measured 2.00" x .600"x .800" when completed and we delivered the order to the client by the delivery date.
