Custom Injection Molding of a TPX Insulator for the Connector Industry

An original equipment manufacturer of electrical connectors needed an insulator to be used within the connector they were developing. Coming to LOR-TECH Plastics, LLC was the right move-we had an existing mold that was right for this project. This insulator was injection molded using TPX, a material which has excellent properties as an electrical insulator. Measuring .800" long with a .400" outer diameter, this insulator was fully inspected after molding and the project was complete and delivered to the customer on time.

LOR-TECH Plastics, LLC stores and maintains molds for use in future orders to speed manufacture and delivery times. If an existing mold is not suitable, we will custom design and make the mold. Please contact us for more information or refer to the table below.
